The IEG Field Manual

The IEG Field Manual is the public doctrine of Identity and Execution Governance, published by BlockSiFr.

It provides security architects, platform engineers, AI builders, risk teams, auditors, researchers, operators, and executives with a shared language for governing systems capable of causing consequential outcomes.

The publication was originally introduced under the name DASTOR. It was renamed The IEG Field Manual to directly reflect the category it defines.

Identity and Execution Governance

Authentication establishes identity. Access control determines which systems an identity may reach. Identity and Execution Governance determines which consequences a human, AI agent, machine identity, software system, or autonomous workflow may cause, under whose authority, under what conditions, and with what proof.
